Open Question: Has anyone ever been on Sertraline?

I am suffering from very severe anxiety disorder and my psychiatrist that might be something more, but she has not yet found any more such things might be because I only saw her twice. I will get cognitive-behavioral therapy and medication (sertraline), I have taken my first pill today. Because I am only 17 I am in a small dose, but they will increase. How will I feel, what side effects, what?
