Open Question: Are my side effects from celexa normal?

I have my first plane, the first time ever today, panic attacks. I have been depressed for years, and anxiety. I was diagnosed with therapists, I have just started to look at with clinical depression. I took my first plane, (20 mg), and the edge of an extremely tense start, I ended my drink and spread, immediately began to cry, then another panic attack, and then I couldnt do not cry, my hands were tingling and trembling, and then I leg, I am very anxious few hours later, and frustration. I couldnt keep track of my thoughts. This is normal do, and how long to continue?
