Open Question: What, if any, are Ambien CR reactions with Zoloft and/or Klonopin?

Encountered some difficulties to sleep, most recently as a result of shift (morning 07 am to 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm to 6:00 pm). My doctor prescribed me Ambien CR, I would like to know whether it will make me meds, my anxiety to take any side-effects. I have 50 mg of Zoloft (sertraline) and 2 mg of Klonopin (clonazepam at bedtime).
