Open Question: Just started taking Effexor?

So, I just started Effexor for anxiety drug. This is about two and a half weeks. I was just confused and tired, like I do not remember any person conversation. It made me determined to make a decision very difficult. This may be due to Effexor from? I missed last night's dose, so I may be out today .. I was me, because they calculated the anxiety, if I've got, or if I was a little more than the impact of Lyme disease has been recognized once again .. known effects. But perhaps the Effexor is just my body tired out. And I also have severe head pain. These have emerged for months.
