Anxiety Effects: An Overview

Living with anxiety can be tough, and often life-altering. Anxiety is characterized as a state of constant worry and nervousness that often accompanies other mental disorders but can also be a standalone condition. Anxiety can affect how a person feels and behaves. 

People experiencing anxiety may describe it as being much like a feeling of fear, but having no idea what they are afraid of.
Anxiety can cause many physical, psychological and emotional problems.

Physical Anxiety Effects

The symptoms of anxiety can mimic those of an actual physical illness, and can be quite troubling to endure. Some of the side effects of anxiety are physical in nature. The body is geared to respond physically to fear or danger. Extra adrenaline is produced by the body, which if there was an actual physical danger, would enable the person to flee and escape.
